The Best Salad Dressing

I love this salad.

Deliciously tangy and fresh. Banana peppers from the jar, kalamati olives, shredded parmesan cheese, fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced green peppers and sun-dried tomatoes mixed up with this fabulous salad dressing. This dressing is so simple and seriously the best I've ever had. I make it almost every night.

The Best Salad Dressing

Add equal parts olive oil and lemon juice in a jar (about 1/4 cup each). Take a garlic clove and smash it with the flat side of a knife. Add to the jar along with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Let sit for at least five minutes to let everything get together and then strain to leave behind any seeds and the garlic. Toss with salad.
